Dear HR Lady: I have been employed with the same company for 10 years and live in the San Francisco Bay area.  Four years ago, I decided the commute was killing me, so I interviewed around and got a job offer.  Then, I went to my employer and told him I had another job offer.  He asked me what it would take for me to stay, and I told him I didn’t like the commute.  He said I could work from home a few days a week.  I accepted that offer and they promoted me with a pay increase.  Now, I am able to work from home every day and only have to go into the office once every two weeks or so.  The problem?  I’m sick of my job.  I’m tired of doing the...
